Tour of Ontelauneee Energy Center

Tour will start at 6:00 with a short presentation (Try to be there a little early.) Safety glasses and hard hats will be provided, but bring your own safety glasses if you have them. Safety shoes are not required, but open-toe shoes are not allowed. Also, no short pants. Everyone, including women, must wear pants.

Dinner will be at the Crossroads Restaurant at 7:30 P.M. Dinner choices are:

  • Prime Rib
  • Broiled Crab Cakes
  • Chicken Roma with fresh tomatoes and provolone cheese

All dinners will come with a baked potato and green beans and include the soup and salad bar, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.

Cost: $25 for Members; $20 for Students & Retirees

Ontelaunee Energy is a gas-fired power generation plant located just north of Reading in Ontelaunee Township. The Ontelaunee plant is one of 35 operated by Dynegy, Inc. Dynegy generates reliable, environmentally responsible, and affordable energy in the Midwest, Northeast and West Coast.
